The Eastern Veil Nebula is part of the larger Veil Nebula complex, also known as the Cygnus Loop, as the complex is in constellation Cygnus the Swan. This nebula complex goes by several names, including the Witch’s Broom Nebula, Bridal Veil Nebula, Cirrus Nebula, or Filamentary Nebula, it constitutes the visible parts of the Cygnus Loop, a supernova remnant.
