What is your Shipping Policy?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
What is the difference between a Open Edition Print and a Limited Edition Fine Art Print?
To be honest, there isn't that much different between the Open Edition Prints and the Limited Edition Fine Art Prints, except that Limited Edition Fine Art Prints have a limit of 45 prints that will be made in the specified size. I have chosen the print size of 20x30 inches, printed on Canson Baryta Photograpique paper which is beautiful paper for black and white photographs as well as fine art color prints. The Limited Edition Fine Art Print will be hand signed on the lower right hand border along with the name of the print and the number of the edition. I will then emboss my signature with the following "David Cote Photography Limited Edition." Once the print edition number reaches 45, there will be no more prints of this size made.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any artwork damaged during shipping. If you have shipping damage, let us know so we can reach out to the fulfillment center for resolution. Please include photographs of the damaged artwork that we can pass along to the fulfillment center. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. Due to the cost of creating the artwork and shipping, unfortunately we can not provide a refund based on customer preference. We cannot provide a refund for any international orders. For a refund or replacement, please reach out to me at dave@davidcotephotography.com.
